QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
Quality starts with a controlled specification.
Materials, assembly, protection, testing and documentation must all match the final battery configuration and destination market.
Incoming materials
Cell consistency, electrical components and mechanical materials are reviewed against the approved configuration.
Process controls
Cell matching, welding, assembly, BMS integration and pack inspection are defined for the product.
Functional verification
Electrical function, protection behavior, appearance and model-specific performance checks are planned before release.
Documentation support
Available documentation depends on the exact chemistry, model, configuration and target market. Project review may cover:
- UN 38.3 transport test documentation
- Safety Data Sheet / MSDS
- CE, RoHS and related declarations where applicable
- IEC or UL project requirements
- Model specifications and test records
- ISO-based quality and environmental management documentation
Important
A certificate for one battery model does not automatically apply to another. Certification scope and required documents must be confirmed against the final specification and destination market before order confirmation.
