Procurement Scope

A forklift battery is part energy source and part vehicle integration.

The forklift brand, model and class identify the starting electrical system, but the battery compartment, tray, minimum battery mass, connector, peak traction load, lift duty and shift schedule determine whether a configuration is suitable.

Opportunity charging may change charger capacity, thermal behavior and fleet operating assumptions. We do not transfer AGV specifications to forklift projects or present a battery as a universal drop-in replacement.

Direct answer: Provide the truck model, original battery label, tray drawing, required counterweight, connector, shift pattern, charger and fleet quantity. These inputs allow a fit-and-duty review before quotation.
Factory Reference Range

Start from a real configuration, then confirm the project version.

Reference models demonstrate available form factors and engineering experience. Current drawings, component revisions, documentation, MOQ and delivery terms are reconfirmed before quotation.

Selection Logic

Verify the vehicle, battery and charger together.

01

Truck fit

Confirm voltage, tray dimensions, mounting, cable route, connector and required counterweight.

02

Duty cycle

Model shifts, lift/drive peaks, breaks, energy use and reserve to avoid undersizing.

03

Charging strategy

Review charger profile, available power, opportunity-charge windows and thermal limits.

04

Fleet release

Approve the model, communication, inspection, training boundary and repeat-supply configuration.

Specification Matrix

What we confirm before supply.

Vehicle dataBrand, model, class, controller, voltage and battery-compartment drawing.
MechanicalTray length/width/height, mass/ballast requirement, lifting points, cable exit and connector.
ElectricalUsable energy, peak current and duration, regeneration if applicable, protection and communication.

ResponsibilityBattery supply is separate from vehicle approval, charger installation and site operating procedures.
FAQ

Questions purchasing teams ask.

Can a 24V forklift use any 24V lithium battery?

No. Nominal voltage alone does not prove fit, current capability, minimum mass, connector, charger or controller compatibility.

Do you supply the forklift too?

No. This category is for battery supply and integration review, not complete vehicles.

Can we replace lead-acid across an entire fleet?

Potentially, but each truck group and charging route should be audited. Counterweight, charger capacity, duty cycle and operating controls must be verified.

Reviewing a forklift fleet conversion?

Send the truck list, battery labels, tray drawings, shift data, charger details and quantities.
