Custom Lithium Polymer Battery Packs for OEM Equipment
LiPo pouch-cell packs developed around the available space, voltage, runtime, load profile, protection, wiring and connector requirements of your equipment.
This page describes our custom pack capability. Exact pouch-cell models, dimensions, discharge limits, documents, MOQ and lead time are confirmed after project review; we do not claim that every size or shape is available.
Define the space and duty cycle before selecting a pouch cell.
Lithium polymer, or LiPo, normally refers to lithium-ion cells in a pouch format. The format can support compact and thin equipment, but the design still needs room for protection, wiring, connectors, mechanical restraint and normal cell expansion.
A target capacity cannot be selected independently of thickness, length, width, discharge current, operating temperature and cycle-life expectations. We review those constraints together before confirming a cell and pack architecture.
What the engineering review covers.
Availability is verified against an actual cell and pack proposal before commercial commitment.
Cell and geometry
Review cell dimensions, capacity, voltage, supplier availability, expansion allowance and mechanical support.
Load and protection
Match continuous and pulse current to the exact cell, PCM or BMS, conductors and temperature conditions.
Equipment interface
Define wire exit, cable length, connector, pinout, thermistor, mounting and charging interface.
Validation and supply
Confirm samples, tests, model-specific documents, packaging, quantity, change control and production timing.
A LiPo inquiry should answer these questions.
| Cell or pack | State whether you need a single protected pouch cell or a multi-cell battery pack. |
|---|---|
| Space envelope | Provide maximum thickness, length and width, plus cable-exit and expansion-clearance constraints. |
| Electrical target | Nominal voltage, charge voltage or charger, capacity/runtime, continuous load and pulse load with duration. |
| Protection | Overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit and temperature requirements reviewed for the application. |
| Interface | Wire gauge and length, connector, pinout, thermistor, fuel gauge or host communication where required. |
| Environment | Operating and charging temperature, vibration, impact, moisture and installation pressure. |
| Commercial scope | Prototype quantity, annual forecast, delivery country, target timing, packaging and required documents. |
Set the right expectations early.
Can you make any LiPo size or shape?
No supplier can responsibly confirm every geometry without checking cell availability, safety margins and manufacturability. Send the maximum space and electrical requirements for feasibility review.
Can you provide a high-discharge LiPo pack?
Potential discharge capability must be tied to the exact cell, capacity, temperature, pulse duration, thermal limits and lifecycle target. We do not quote a generic C-rate as if it applies to every pack.
What documents are available?
Transport and market documents are confirmed for the exact proposed cell and pack configuration, destination and shipment route. They are not assumed from an unrelated model.
Do you publish a fixed MOQ or price?
No. Cell availability, customization, validation, packaging and order quantity affect MOQ, price and lead time.
