Does UN 38.3 mean the battery is approved for sale?
No. UN 38.3 relates to transport testing. It does not replace product safety, electrical, EMC, labelling, registration or other destination requirements.
Which Incoterm is best?
No term is universally best. Choose only after assigning export, import, customs, freight, dangerous-goods, insurance, delivery and risk responsibilities. The three-letter term does not erase legal duties.
